RE - CO-ED 2012 Schedule
* The 2012 Co-Ed schedule is included. Due to a mistake on my part, in order for every team to play twice, the season will have to be played until August 9th, followed by single elimination play-offs in order to get all games in by the time discussed at the organizational meeting. While we do have the ability to use lights for 8 p.m. games, the Parks Manager has requested that I schedule as few games as possible using the lights.
* A reminder that Waivers/rosters need to be turned into the City Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department, by Friday, May 11th. Teams who do not have a waiver turned in before 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17th will not be able to play in that evening's games.
* Jamestown Police Captain Todd Isaacson has communicated with me that Command has given direction to all patrols to enforce a zero tolerance approach to alcohol in City Parks. I will remind you that no alcoholic beverages are allowed in any City Park. Please see the rules included for disciplinary actions in regards to this.
* Any make-up games will be scheduled on a MONDAY evening.
* Please call in Team Records immediately after the August 9th game so that Play-Off Bracket/Schedules can be sent out in a timely manner.
* The Single-Elimination Play-offs will start on Thursday, August 16th and conclude August 23rd
