Mayor Sam Teresi (right) helps cut the ribbon on a new flower shop in the city. Joan and Dan Meyers opened the doors today, Sept. 11, 2009, of The Secret Garden Flower Shop at 79 Allen Street. They feature a wide variety of floral arrangements for any occasion.
