Mayor Teresi Testifies at State Assembly Hearing on Property Tax Cap

Mayor Sam Teresi (far left) testifies before New York State Assembly Committees on Ways and Means, Education, Real Property Taxation, and Local Governments and Cities.  The Mayor was representing the New York State Conference of Mayors as the organization's President.  He highlighted the negative impact a 2% cap on local real property taxes would have on municipalities if State Government does not also provide mandate relief.
