Mayor Sam Teresi presents Jamestown singer/songwriter and former 10,000 Maniacs member Natalie Merchant with the Key to the City of Jamestown and a proclamation in appreciation of the monetary contributions she has made to various youth-serving organizations. Among the other groups on hand to honor Merchant were Infinity Performing and Visual Arts Studios, Boys and Girls Club, YMCA and YWCA.
