May 17, 2012Brownfield Opportunity Area RFP
The City of Jamestown, New York is seeking proposals from qualified firms/teams to provide community planning, design, and facilitation services associated with development of the following projects; Step 2 Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Nomination Study, Step 1 Brownfield Opportunity Area Pre-Nomination Study, and City of Jamestown Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan (LWRP).
Respondents will be reviewed and selected according to a competitive process. Criteria for ranking consultants' qualifications shall include, but not be limited to; overall community planning approach and experience; design, technical GIS mapping, and analytical experience; relevance and appropriateness of proposed management team; key personnel availability; financial strength; proposed community input plan; and demonstrated experience with similar projects.
Respondents are requested to provide contact information, organizational structure, key personnel to be involved in project, statement of qualifications, statement of availability of key personnel, previous projects completed list, and references.

The deadline for submission of proposal packages is November 1, 2011, 5pm.
