The general public is invited to attend a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 6:15 PM, in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, Municipal Building, 200 East Third Street, Jamestown, New York. The purpose of this public hearing is to assist the Department of Development in gaining a better understanding of the housing, neighborhood, and economic development needs that might be addressed through the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program allocations for 2010, and its FY 2010 – FY 2014 Consolidated Plan.
