(Blue Cross/Blue Shield) in the Spring Street Parking Ramp. This self-contained area is located at the corner of East Third and Spring Streets side of the building, with the entrance at 115 East 3rd Street. This is a perfect location and size for professional offices or a commercial storefront operation.
The existing rental rate is $11.20 per square foot. Lease terms and use of parking spaces in the adjacent facility are negotiable. The utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant, including electric, water, sewer, district heat.
