The majority of day-to-day business is handled through the departments that provide administrative services directly to the residents and employees of the City of Jamestown. Those departments include the Assessor's Office, City Clerk, Civil Service, Comptroller, Corporation Counsel, Human Resources, Information Services and the Treasurer's Office.
